In this highly interactive course,participants will get a thorough introduction to Agile & Scrum and the tools they need to get started with Scrum in their organisation, and will prepare to take and pass the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) assessment.

The course is suitable for all who are about to start using Scrum or who have already gathered some experience and want to deepen their understanding. The Scrum Master role is the focus of the course; however, it is also suitable for team members or managers who would like an introduction to Scrum – managers, programmers, testers, analysts, product managers or anyone interested in working on or with a Scrum team.
