The PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® highlights your ability to identify and assess project risks, mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities. This risk management training course is aimed at professionals who are looking to back their knowledge and obtain the prestigious RMP certification which is globally recognized. This course will assist in the understanding, definition, identification and management of Project Risk Management and Risk Management Definitions, the role of Project Risk Management in Project Management, as well as critical success factors and good practices.

Our PMI Risk Management Certification Course covers risk management in alignment with the PMBOK 6th Edition and is aligned with other PMI® risk management practice standards. Material is written for project managers, project team members, supervisors and stakeholders, and the course will outline the principles of effective risk management in terms of planning risk management, identification of risks, risk analysis and control measures.

Course pre-requisites

Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent)
36 months of project risk management experience within the last 5 years
40 hours of project risk management education
OR
Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent)
24 months of project risk management experience within the last 5 years
30 hours of project risk management education
