This two-day workshop is designed for professionals who already have a foundational understanding of negotiation and wish to refine their skills in high-stakes, complex negotiations.
The course will integrate key principles from Chris Voss's Never Split the Difference, as well as renowned negotiation frameworks such as BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), WATNA (Worst Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), ZOPA (Zone of Possible Agreement), the Empathy Negotiation Canvas, and influential negotiation techniques from Harvard's negotiation project.
Participants will gain mastery in managing difficult negotiations, handling emotional dynamics, leveraging tactical empathy, and applying strategic negotiation models to achieve win-win outcomes.
